Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

1. No Returns & Refunds

  • We follow a No Return & No Refund Policy. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Refunds in the form of cash, bank transfer, or card reversal will not be provided.


2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product in a damaged or defective condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing purposequery@gmail.com or calling +91-9116756769, along with clear photos/videos of the damaged product and package.

  • After verification, we will arrange an exchange of the same product.

  • If the same product is unavailable, a credit note or replacement of equal value will be issued.


4. Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care will not be eligible for exchange.

  • The final decision to accept or reject an exchange request lies solely with Rampyaari
