Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
1. No Returns & Refunds

We follow a No Return & No Refund Policy. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds in the form of cash, bank transfer, or card reversal will not be provided.
2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product in a damaged or defective condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing purposequery@gmail.com or calling +91-9116756769, along with clear photos/videos of the damaged product and package.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange of the same product.

If the same product is unavailable, a credit note or replacement of equal value will be issued.
4. Conditions for Exchange

The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care will not be eligible for exchange.
