Shipping policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on Sundays or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Partners:
We dispatch orders through reputed courier services including Delivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post and other authorized logistics providers.

Delivery Timelines:

    • 4–7 days in other cities
      

    • 7–10 days in remote areas
      

Shipping Charges:

• Standard Shipping: Flat ₹150 per order (free above ₹1999).
  

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹100 may apply.
  
  

Tracking:
A tracking ID will be provided once the order is dispatched. Customers can track their orders on the courier’s official website or under the “My Orders” section on our site.

Undelivered Packages:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

International Shipping:
We currently ship only within India.
